Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

Entry

To enter, contestants must submit a photo of their John Deere construction or forestry equipment decorated in a theme that celebrates the United States of America’s semiquincentennial (250th anniversary) celebration. Entries must be submitted by 1 pm (CST) on Thursday, June 25, 2026. One entry per person, per contest. Please visit https://bit.ly/FreedomAtWorkEntry to upload your entry. Include your name, address, and phone number with entries. McCoy Group businesses are not responsible for lost, incomplete or late entries.

Winner Selection

The McCoy Group Marketing Department, at its sole discretion, will narrow the number of the finalists to no more than eight (8). After the finalists are selected, a Facebook posts featuring the finalists’ photos will be published on June 29 or thereabout, upon which viewers will be invited to vote for their favorite/preferred photo by clicking on the photo and “Liking” the image. (Liking a photo is represened by clicking the blue, “Thumbs UP” icon.) The photo that receives the most votes by 3 pm (CST) on Wednesday, July 1, will be declared the winner. Announcement of the winning photo will be made on McCoy Costrution & Forestry’s Facebook page.

Prize

The winner of the contest will receive a McCoy Construction & Forestry-branded Yeti Roadie 15-Hard Cooler. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No substitution of prizes is allowed. Returned prizes will be forfeited. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Conditions and Restrictions

By submitting an entry, contestants consent to and grant permission to McCoy Group and affiliated companies to publish the contest entry and contestants name on its website(s) and/or social media pages for promotional purposes. All contestants understand that once the entry is uploaded, entries will become the property of the McCoy Group and its affiliated companies. There will only be one winner, which will be narrowed down by the McCoy Group Marketing Team and voted on by the public, uploading an entry does not entitle contestants to a prize. All entries, once uploaded, will become the property of the McCoy Group.

Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless McCoy Group companies, and their employees from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to the receipt of or use of the prize or any allegation regarding the reward.,Other conditions and restrictions may apply.
