*ANNUAL PACKAGE IS INTENDED FOR LOW-HOUR USAGE MACHINES THAT WILL NOT EXCEED 500 HOURS ANNUALLY DURING THE PM AGREEMENT TIMEFRAME. THE AGREEMENT WILL CONTAIN ANNUAL 500-HOUR SERVICES ONLY FOR A SPECIFIED NUMBER OF YEARS. IF A CUSTOMER DESIRES MAINTENANCE INCLUDED IN A 1000-HOUR, 2000-HOUR, etc. INTERVAL, THEN A PROTECTED PM AGREEMENT SHOULD BE UTILIZED.
