Responsibilities Include:


  • Diagnosing and repairing diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems in the field
  • Performing preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Proactively providing customer service updates
  • Servicing construction, forestry, and heavy equipment
  • Communicating directly with customers and providing technical solutions
  • Completing repairs efficiently to minimize customer downtime
