Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing and repairing diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems in the field
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Proactively providing customer service updates
- Servicing construction, forestry, and heavy equipment
- Communicating directly with customers and providing technical solutions
- Completing repairs efficiently to minimize customer downtime
