NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE McCOY CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY SERVICE TERRITORY AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor: McCoy Construction & Forestry, 501 Bell Street, Dubuque, IA 52001.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are located within the McCoy Construction & Forestry Service Territory. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of McCoy Construction & Forestry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void outside the Service Territory and where prohibited by law. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with these Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter:

a. Online Transaction Entry: Eligible individuals who complete a qualifying online transaction with McCoy Construction & Forestry at shop.deere.com during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying transaction.

b. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, address (must be within the Service Territory), phone number, email, and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: McCoy Construction & Forestry Sweepstakes Entry, 501 Bell Street, Dubuque, IA 52001. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026, and received by August 14, 2026. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry.

5. Winner Selection: On or about August 15, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification by Sponsor and shall provide Sponsor with all information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility.

6. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded: a custom imprinted Roadie Yeti 15 cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $260). Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize value will be reported as income on Form 1099 if required by applicable law.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days after drawing. Winner must respond within ten (10) days after notification. If potential winner is unreachable after Sponsor has exerted reasonable effort to contact the winner, ineligible, declines, fails to respond, or otherwise is found to have not been in compliance with these Official Rules prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

8. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and prize details for all purposes without compensation, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes impair the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant found tampering with the process or violating these Official Rules. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation or acceptance or use of prize.
